I have been tinkering with things and cars my whole life. Here are some of the general stuff I have done.
Here I am dropping the tank in my 1973 F100 to replace the sending unit so I have a working gas gauge.
This is me building and welding an exhaust for my 1973 F100.
When I got my 1973 F100 I had to use pliers to open the hood I had a better idea.
I welded a horse shoe to the hood latch. This turned out very well.
Here I am replacing the CV axle on my 1999 Mazda.
In this I am helping my dad with his 1988 Civic rally car. We replaced the steering rack and tie rod ends.
To help one of our family friends me and my dad replaced their pads and rotors. We also put on new struts. Here I am putting the old spring on the new struts.
During covid I spent time learning how to do CAD design and use my 3D printer. Here are ear savers for my moms work these would allow masks to not hurt peoples ears.
Here I 3D printed a key chain.
During the summer of 2022 I took a MIG welding course. This is my root pass.
In this course I got the American Welding Society certification D1.1-2020. This is my filler pass.
This certification took place on 3/8th plate in the vertical position. This is my cap pass.
I did small engines in 4H during 2020. Here I was working on a lawn tractor that was planed to be a part of our local lawn tractor pull.
In Cub Scouts my favorite activity was the pinewood derby. Here I am using the band saw to cut out my pinewood derby car.
